I have soo many people on my Facebook starting “cleanses” or taking diet pills/ cutting major parts out of their diet etc. I just wanna lead them all to tumblr and let all the fitblrs I follow teach them the healthy way to lose weight. Gosh.
I have been eating sooo poorly lately, little exercise and not nearly enough water. Ive been so sick to my stomach as a result, as well as tired and lazy. Someone give me my motivation back :(
